WE BELIEVE CREATIVITY IS A WILD AND BEAUTIFUL THING.
It hisses and roars. Pacifies and terrifies. Brings us to our knees and to our feet. And it deserves to be set free.

We are here to release the creativity hiding in every portfolio. To give it a chance to be seen and heard. To prove itself. To add more voices and new harmonies to the creative class. Because the world needs all the creativity it can get, from all the people who have it.

Elevate your portfolio with expert help.

FOUNDER, C. JEANETTE TYSON
Writer, Creative Director, Educator, Chief Creative
Jeanette has had a long, illustrious career in the advertising industry, working alongside legendary creatives such as Hal Riney and Jeff Goodby, and Ogilvy teams in New York and London. She spent the last fifteen years at The Martin Agency, leading the UPS account that helped earn the agency three-peat Agency of the Year accolades. While in Richmond, she taught a portfolio class at VCU’s Brand Center. Now an adjunct professor at her alma mater, University of North Carolina, Jeanette lives in an 1860’s farmhouse she finally finished renovating (everything’s a creative project!). Constantly astonished, delighted and challenged by the creativity she sees, Jeanette wants the rest of the world to see it, too. She founded Mentor Match to help people level up their portfolios, showcase their talents and make themselves competitive in the creative class job market. There’s a need for more voices in the room. We’re here to help get them there.
